What is a remanufactured cartridge?

A remanufactured toner cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled and reconditioned from an original cartridge. The recycling process entails cleaning the cartridge, replacing key components, and refilling the toner. At Laser One, we completely strip down every cartridge, remove contaminated toner, clean the inside housing and components, and replace components such as the OPC Drum ad PCR roller and blades (as well as anything that does not meet our strict standards). We then fill the cartridge with the exact specifications of toner for that specific cartridge. Our next step is to carefully reassemble the cartridge and wipe down the outside so that it is ready for the testing process. The (primed) cartridge is then placed into a machine and several tests are performed to make sure that it meets all of our quality control requirements so that we can guarantee you the same page count, density and quality that you would expect from a major name brand company (but at a much lower price). We then package the cartridge and our friendly driver delivers it to you Free of Charge!
