Every manufacturer has their own way of displaying error codes when the machine needs service. For instance; HP will do a 13.XX for basic paper jams..(13.1 starting at the pick up area following the paper path all the way to the end for a 13.6 at the delivery assembly). Ricoh uses SC error codes.Some common codes are SC541,SC542,SC543,SC544,SC545,SC546;all of which are related to different parts of the fusing assembly(HP's comparable code would be an error 50). These codes typically will require a technician with experience. The best thing you can do is consult your user manual and follow the troubleshooting steps. If you can not solve it by following the basic steps then this is the time you will need to call a qualified technician to repair your machine.
